About Topstep
Topstep has been funding futures traders from Chicago since 2012, which makes it the oldest name on this list. Rather than a one-off challenge fee, its Trading Combine is a monthly subscription: you trade a simulated futures account, hit the profit target without breaking the loss rules, and move on to a funded Express account.
Account sizes are $50,000, $100,000 and $150,000, each with its own profit target and maximum loss limit. Funded traders keep 100% of the first $10,000 in profit and 90% after that. Trading runs on TopstepX, NinjaTrader, TradingView and other supported futures platforms.
Because the fee is a subscription, Topstep's promotions usually cut the first month's price rather than a one-off fee, and they appear frequently. Verified codes are listed here.
